The range of technical GIS skills Innovate! presents have been developed over the past 10 years by working on a number of diverse projects that have covered the full range of the geospatial industry.
Our team members have worked with federal agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Geological Survey, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the National Park Service, and numerous other governmental and non-governmental entities.
Our projects have included GPS field data collection and processing, web-based geospatial development (ArcIMS and non-ArcIMS solutions), ArcObjects application development (both integrated ArcGIS applications and standalone tools), enterprise architecture and cost-benefit/ROI analyses, geospatial policy and planning, and geospatial metadata development, planning, and training.
We have worked on environmental analyses, environmental forensics investigations, coastal and offshore assessment and characterization projects, subsurface geospatial investigations, and land-use planning/environmental impact projects.
Additionally, as certified Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) metadata trainers, we have worked extensively with groups to help them implement the FGDC Content Standard for Digital Geospatial Metadata version 2.0 and provide training and resources.
