Innovate has worked in a facilitation role with a number of clients. Our clients express a need to bring a facilitator on board for many different reasons including politically intense and high-risk meetings. Innovate takes a unique approach to facilitation. We find out what the key issues are and we train our executive clients on the roles they each must play to resolve the issues. This approach has our clients participate in leading successful meetings and resolve their own issues.
