Innovate performed a business case for EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX). Given limited data availability, Innovate created a model that allowed the missing pieces of data to be generated in a way that had all stakeholders aligned. This business case provided EPA with the information they needed to continue to obtain strong environmental results.
