J2EE Developer with Open Source Integration Experience
We are looking for strong developers to add to our already talented and experienced development staff.
- Currently we are working on a seven year, $300M contract with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in support of the Central Data Exchange (CDX) project (http://www.epa.gov/cdx/).
- We are primarily a BEA Weblogic shop, but also make great use of open source projects, such as: Apache Axis, Hibernate, Struts, Velocity, Spring Framework, and about thirty others.
- Our system has two interfaces; UI and Web Services.
- We make heavy use of EJBs and Web Services to implement a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) that currently spans twenty-three interdependent applications.
- Our development environment is centered around the use of Maven, Eclipse and CVS.
